Return and Refund Policy

At LE ART UNIQUE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product or request a refund, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at tinu.tinux@icloud.com providing the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

2. Refund

Once we receive and review the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Some products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Customized or tailor-made products

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
